What is your Return Policy?

Real Style Kids is committed to the satisfaction of our customers and we make every effort to ensure a positive shopping experience. We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. However, if for any reason, you are not happy with an item, please return it for a refund. All returns must be in new condition with sales tags attached and in their original wrap. Any items that show wear will not be eligible for a refund.

*Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned for a refund (minus any shipping costs). Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase date in their original package with tags attached.

* Please Note, some purchases may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

*The following items MAY NOT be returned:

  • Personal care items(cosmetics, lotions, underwear,diapers etc.)
  • Any item personalized (this includes any personalized or imprinted items).
  • Final Sale Items (These will be labeled as "Final Sale")
*All furniture purchases through Real Style Kids falls underneath the return policy of the manufacturer.  We will facilitate the return on the behalf of our customers to the manufacturer.

Return Process:
In order to return or exchange an item, you must take the following steps:
*Contact info@realstylekids.com and let us know that you are not satisfied with your item(s) and that you will be returning the item(s) for a refund or item exchange. If you are exchanging an item we will place that item on reserve for you. Otherwise, the item is not going to be guaranteed in stock and available for you.
*In your return package include proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt. This is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following order information with your return:
* Your name and billing address
* The name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
* The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
*The item number of the merchandise, if available.
You must package your item securely. Any items sent to us in poor packaging or damaged, if it was not reported to be damaged to us prior to shipping will be rejected and sent back to you without a refund to your account.
Any items showing signs of wear, alterations, engraving and any other such incidences will also be rejected back to you and no refund or exchange will be given.

Once your returned item has been sent to our returns department and approved for refund processing you will receive an email notification letting you know that the refund has been complete. Credit to your account can take 5-14 business days. If you are exchanging for another item, you will receive email notifications letting you know that the exchange is being processed, and when complete, a shipping notification.

**PLEASE NOTE: All items that come directly from the manufacturer must go through Real Style Kids for a return process.  Please email us at info@realstylekids.com for any questions.
Please note Shipping Fees are not refundable.  All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Tracking numbers and insurance is mandatory on all returns.


What is your Data Privacy Statement?:


Real Style Kids is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Real Style Kids has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
Acquisition of Information: We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
Security Measures: We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service. Above all we do not sell your email address or private information to anyone at anytime.  Your email will be solely used to contact you about your order and provide you with merchandising opportunities from Real Style Kids companies and brands.

A large selection of our items are shipped for FREE, but when we are not able to do this for a particular item(s) we refer to the standard shipping table below for the United States:

From $0.00 - $100.00 = Shipping $7.95
From $100.01 = Shipping is FREE!

*Some furniture items may have additional freight charges applied to each item.  This will be noted on the product page in the description field.
